A leading figure in traditional and swing jazz, she has performed at major festivals, concert halls, and clubs around the world, helping to redefine the banjo as a dynamic and expressive front-line instrument. Sayer has appeared on film and television soundtracks, toured extensively as a bandleader and soloist, and earned praise for both her virtuosic musicianship and engaging performances.
